1. DMP notes that more than 2/3 of its members have agreed to the continuation of the DMP to a second 5-year term
2. DMP approves the following changes to its Statute:
Delete article 7.1 3rd paragraph
Change article 7.2, 2nd paragraph as follows “The Directors, with the exception of Secretary and Treasurer, are selected from among the Principal Members' employees”.

DMP looks forward to a wide adoption of WIM TV for many distribution usages. In particular DMP encourages its members to deploy more instances of WIM TV populated with WIM TV content. Ideas are also sought on how it should be possible to search for content in a distributed WIM TV server arrangement
